| Mission
The Fundação Oriente
Documentation Centre (DC) aims to serve as a point of reference in the
research of information and documentation across the social and human
sciences studying East Asia, South and Southeast Asia and their
relationships with Portugal.
Objectives
- Maintain an up to date and available documentary collection with high standards of virtual access;
- To support, through documents available, informal education and research;
- Ensure documentary and information support for projects and activities run by the Fundação Oriente;
- Dynamise partnerships and encourage networking with peer institutions.
